A Lebanon, Ohio man made a grim discovery at his home Tuesday night.
David Kline came home to find his wife lodged in a basement window and not breathing.
Lebanon police believe 44-year-old Esther Kline apparently locked herself out of her home and was trying to crawl through the basement window when she got stuck.

AMMON, Idaho (AP) - A T.G.I Friday's in Idaho has a beef with whoever took its giant hamburger trophy.
The restaurant in Ammon received the trophy from Idaho Falls Magazine for having the best hamburger in the area.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - His debut in "Veronica" No. 202 caused Archie Comics to do a second printing for the first time in its history. Now, the publisher is giving its first openly gay character his own mini-series this summer.

LOVELAND (AP)-A man who pleaded guilty to starting a brush fire that burned out of control, scorching 740 acres and destroying two homes in northern Colorado, has filed a notice saying he intends to sue the agencies that fought the fire.

ASPEN (AP)-The Pitkin County Jail is planning to offer a yoga program to its inmates.
The Aspen Daily News reported Monday that jail officials believe practicing yoga will help prisoners deal with the stress of imprisonment. They also hope it will positively influence future behavior and say a serene environment will mean a safer facility for staff and inmates.
