Obama to unveil energy security plan

WASHINGTON (AP) President Barack Obama is outlining a plan for America's energy security.

He'll give the speech Wednesday morning at Georgetown University in Washington.

During an address Tuesday night in New York, Obama pointed to rising gas prices to underscore the need for a comprehensive energy plan. There was no immediate reaction from the White House, although administration officials are working closely with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid in the secretive three-way talks that include House … Click to Read More

Judge Sally Shushan said the marital privilege doctrine does not protect the emails Brian Morel exchanged with his wife, Jade.

Both were BP employees at the time of the Deepwater Horizon disaster, and they had exchanged the emails in question over the company's internal compu… Click to Read More
